To get booked in we have a few options for you. First, you're welcome to visit our studio in person. This way, we can have a direct conversation and recommend the ideal artist for your specific vision. If your chosen artist is available, we might even provide you with a preliminary quote on the spot.
Second, you can complete our Tattoo request form on our website. If you are able to pop into the studio it's the most efficient and preferred way to get in touch with us. This allows us to collect the necessary details to understand your vision.
The third option is to send us an email with a description of your tattoo idea at auroratattooemporium@gmail.com . However, please ensure your email contains crucial information and the necessary details for an accurate quote.
For larger or more intricate tattoo projects, we may suggest an in-person consultation. This process primarily helps us ensure the feasibility of your tattoo design and allows us to estimate a rough timeline and cost. Rest assured, the consultation won't be time-consuming or cost anything. We'll also ask you to provide reference images and a detailed description via email or in person.
Once we've determined how long you would need to book your tattoo for, we can go ahead and get you booked in.
We require deposits for all bookings, with the deposit amount determined by the length of the booking and the deposit amount will be deducted from the overall price of the tattoo.
Deposits are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 3 days of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. However, cancellations made before that time can retain the deposit and reschedule the booking.
Please note that no-shows will be blacklisted and unable to rebook.
Yes, we do offer walk-in appointments for smaller tattoos subject to availability. However, we highly recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure that we can accommodate your request at a time that works for you or calling to ensure we have space that days.
This varies depending on the artist, style and size of the tattoo. Following a completed Tattoo request form you'll be advised on when you'll be able to get your tattoo.
We'd prefer you don't bring a friend to your tattoo appointment as we are a small studio and may not be able to provide seating depending on how busy the studio is that day, so to not disappoint we advise to come alone.
If however, you struggle with anxiety or have any medical reasons as to why you'd need someone with you, if you let us know prior to the appointment we will do our upmost to accommodate.
